Terms

  • Any damage to hire vehicle, punctures, parking fines, fixed penalty fines etc. are the sole responsibility of the rider whilst the machine is on hire. Any losses will be deducted from the deposit and at the end of the hire period, if the loss is greater than the deposit, an invoice will be raised and the amount will be deducted from the hirer's account. Upgrade to fully comprehensive insurance is available at £60- per week or part thereof. This insurance limits your liability to the level of the damage deposit only.

  • The minimum age is 16, maximum 69. All riders must have full motorcycle license or provisional license PLUS a CBT for scooters. In the case of riders between the ages of 16 to 21, they must also be FREE from any conviction or endorsements and have an accident free record, other than proven non-fault incidents.

  • Non UK riders are subject to a £25 insurance surcharge

  • Use of the motorcycle outside the UK is subject to a European insurance and breakdown cover extension surcharge of £65

  • Other rental periods are available, please ask

  • Weekend is pick up anytime Friday, return same time or earlier Monday

  • Luggage is available for most large bikes, it is included in the price where fitted as standard, e.g., BMW RT, Honda ST etc. In other cases, side and rear cases are available at £15 per case, or £35 for 3 cases per rental. Please note: Luggage cases are not covered in the damage insurance, any damage is the responsibility of the rider to pay.

  • GPS Navigation systems available at £40 per rental period

  • Helmets available at £5 per day or £10 per week

  • Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day, then £0.25 per mile, calculated at the end of the rental period.

  • Non-UK residents are subject to a £25 per week insurance surcharge, also there is a £25 per week surcharge for foreign use, which must be authorised with us first.

  • Non-UK residents must provide proof of address whilst in UK

  • Full rental amount due at time of booking. A 2% charge will be made on all credit card payments, no extra charge for debit cards

  • 1 day rentals are available Monday to Thursday only, minimum 2 day rentals from Friday to Sunday inclusive.

  • High quality motorcycle clothing is available at £10 per day, or £50 per week per item

  • All prices quoted include VAT, insurance, UK recovery, unlimited mileage and the provision of either U locks or Disc locks. All of our motorcycles are fitted with alarm/immobilisers.
  • Helmets and luggage can be provided free of charge.
  • On collection you will need to provide your driving licence, passport and a utility bill confirming your identity and current address (e.g. bank statement, gas bill etc...)
  • Foreign nationals will be required to also provide proof of where they are staying whilst in the UK.
  • Any major driving offences must be declared to us prior to hire and must be acceptable to our insurers. Failure to advise us in advance may result in the refusal of hire.
  • Our bikes can all be taken overseas but Green Card insurance and European breakdown must be arranged prior to departure.
