Motorcycle

•  A full motorcycle licence will be required and you will need to add an international licence permit available from your local driving licence office.

• A damage deposit of 1000 Euros will be required by cash or credit card to cover the excess not covered by insurance. This will be refunded upon the return of the undamaged bike. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and run the bike whilst on hire due to the lack of infrastructure on the island, assistance will be available when you reach a telephone.

• A reasonable understanding of French is advisable for any trips on the island.

• Minimum age for rentals is 30 years

• Due to the lack of infrastructure and services on the island, renters are asked to stick to a prearranged route, then if something should go wrong, the renter can backtrack the route to assist. Many routes are possible and all will allow you to see the best of the island, but this rule is mandatory and for your safety.

• High season: For tours taking place between August, 1t and 25th, a supplement of 10% has to be paid.
